Account Management
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you detect unauthorized account usage, please contact support@vpnjs.net immediately. Super Accelerator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts upon discovery of violations of these terms.
Payments and Refunds
Super Accelerator offers various subscription plans, and prices are based on what is displayed on the purchase page at the time of purchase. All paid plans come with a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee. To request a refund, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Service Availability
Super Accelerator strives to provide 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Super Accelerator is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.
